Roy Clauss is an investment banker with a strategic focus on transportation companies globally including airlines and aircraft leasing companies along with air freight, rail, truck, ship, cruise, logistics and related infrastructure companies. He has led billions of dollars of debt and equity financings and M&A transactions. He has been involved in many corporate restructurings and privatizations and has advised many leading private equity firms regarding transportation investments. He is a former Managing Director of Salomon Brothers, Partner of Lehman Brothers and Managing Director of Seabury Group, having led offices and teams in the U.S. and Asia.
